Here at Ro Dama, we offer an array of workshops to suit all ages and capabilities that are focused on connecting with ourselves, each other and the land. Fully catered with organic, vegetarian or vegan food that is mindfully harvested on-site or from local farms and other projects, we will be nourishing our bodies in order to thrive, work on the land and receive all she has to offer. Our skilled facilitators will be taking us on a journey to rewild our minds and embrace all that comes with it. In the evenings, following days of nature connection, there will be the invitation to experience holistic sound therapies, song and dance by the campfire.
We are mindful that some of our workshops may not be accessible or suitable for all members of the family, so during this time, we aim to run children’s or alternative workshops alongside this in order for all to feel included. There is also the reminder that these are all invitations and not essential for you to come along on our retreats, there are many chances for you to just ‘be’ and embrace a digital detox and be as still as you like in meditation, or rest and relaxation.
